Dehradun: The State Woman Commission has expressed its displeasure at the non-filing of a complaint alleging harassment by the BJP MLA. According to State Woman Commission chairperson Vijay Baratwal, the victim's woman says that the police is not filing her complaint. In this case, the commission has summoned a report from SSP Almora. On Tuesday, on behalf of the commission, SSP Dehradun will be written to file the victim's report.

According to the chairperson of the State Woman Commission, the commission had received a call from the victim's woman, in which the woman has told the commission an emergency. Apart from this, a call has also been received from the Chairman of District Panchayat Almora. In which it is said that the woman has been forced. The chairman of the commission said that he has summoned the report from SSP Almora till August 29 in this case.

On Tuesday, SSP Dehradun will be written to take necessary action on behalf of the commission in this case. He said that the commission is with the victim woman, and no coercion will be allowed with her. The commission chairman said that on behalf of the victim it has been told that the Dehradun police is not filing her complaint. The chairman of the commission said that the complaint of the woman should be filed. The victim's woman also says that she is facing a threat to life and property from the MLA. The same case is now being investigated.
