New Delhi: A tragic accident has taken place in the Pitampura area of the national capital Delhi. Sourav Dahiya, 23, from Najafgarh area, was riding a bullet on august 14 from Madhuban Chowk flyover towards Pitampura when Sourav's neck got stuck in the kite's thigh after which he lost control of his bike. This led to the accident.

He was badly injured in the accident. People passing by at the time of the accident admitted Sourav to Saroj Hospital in Pitampura where he died during treatment. Sourav's post-mortem report revealed that slitting the throat caused more blood and the same caused Sourav's death. Sourav had recently completed his graduation from a college in Delhi, Sourav was driving a bullet to his aunt's house when the tragic accident took place.

Tell you that the country's capital Delhi has been banned since 2017 on Chinese metal-coated manjha. Violating this rule in Delhi could result in a fine of Rs 5 lakh or jail. Before August 15, the Delhi government had urged people not to halt anyone in the Independence Day celebrations, so that kite flying is done only with cotton thread.
