New Delhi: A woman who was burnt alive in a live-in relationship in the Aman Vihar area of ​​the country's capital Delhi, has succumbed during treatment. The live-in partner poured turpentine oil on the woman and set her on fire. The woman was brought to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in a critical condition. Seeing the deteriorating condition, she was referred to AIIMS, where the woman lost her life while fighting for life and death for almost 10 days. The police are probing the entire matter.

According to the report, this woman was in a live-in relationship for almost 6 years in the Aman Vihar area of ​​the capital. The woman left her husband 6 years ago and then started living with a boy named Mohit in the Aman Vihar area. For the past few months, there used to be a fight between Mohit and the woman over something or the other. It is being told that on February 10, the woman saw Mohit taking drugs at her friend's house, due to which Mohit and the woman had a dispute again. After that Mohit poured turpentine oil kept at home on the woman and set her on fire.

The people around informed the police about this. Police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the nearby Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, where her condition was continuously deteriorating. That is why she was referred to AIIMS Hospital. Here the treatment of the woman went on for about 10 days, but the woman died on Monday late evening. It is being told that the woman has an 8-year-old son from her marriage and while living in a live-in relationship with Mohit, she also had a daughter, who is 4 years old. As soon as the Aman Vihar police station received information that the woman had died, the police immediately registered a case under section 302 i.e. murder, and arrested Mohit.
