Corona blast in Delhi AIIMS infects all director's office employees

New Delhi: Corona cases are on the rise in the country's capital Delhi. Infections have started spreading in the general public as well as hospitals. Today, all the employees in the Office of the Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) have been found corona positive. According to reports, more than 8 employees in the director's office have been hit by corona. After the increasing infection in the AIIMS, all routine recruitments and necessary surgeries have just been stopped. Daily tasks will be started even after the next order.

Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya arrived in Delhi on Thursday after reports that the employees were found corona positive AIIMS. He met all the aggrieved employees and took stock of their health. On reaching AIIMS, Mansukh Mandaviya first wore a PPE kit and then went to the Corona ward of the New Private Ward. He was accompanied by senior AIIMS Dr Achal Srivastava. Mansukh Mandaviya will meet all the infected employees one by one to take care of their health.

According to the news, all employees have found mild signs of infection. Health care workers say the risk of infection this time is not very high due to taking both doses of the corona vaccine. Cases of corona infection are on the rise in the capital Delhi. More than 100 health care workers in AIIMS have been found corona positive in the past total. The infected employees include nurses, paramedical staff and security guards along with doctors.
