New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said on Tuesday that the Delhi government will provide dry ration to its students for six months under the Mid Day Meal Scheme. On the other hand, after 6 people from Britain were found infected with the new strain of corona, CM Kejriwal said that three waves of corona have arrived in Delhi so far. We are fully prepared for any situation.
It is noteworthy that in the wake of the global epidemic coronavirus, schools have been taken a step to distribute drought rations since March. In an event organized to distribute drought rations at a government school in Mandavali area, CM Kejriwal said, "When the schools were closed, we had decided to send money to the parents for the mid-day meal, but now we have decided to give dry ration to the students for six months."
Schools have been closed since March in view of Covid-19 in the country. Schools were started partially in some states on 15 October. The Delhi government, however, has said that schools will not open in the national capital until the coronavirus vaccine is introduced. The Central Government said on Tuesday that the genomes of new strains of Corona have been found in 6 passengers returned from the United Kingdom (UK) in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. The government said that all these passengers have been isolated in one room at different places.
