At the same time, after stealing Rs 2 lakh, the woman refused to stay with him and on the complaint of the woman, the police arrested her. The woman then alleged that he later returned to her home and had sexual relations several times. In this case, the court came to know that there was a consensual relationship between the two during their stay in Punjab and then for the first few days in Delhi. At the same time, after stealing Rs 2 lakh, the woman did not consent and the accused forcibly had physical relations.

In this case, the court further said that the woman was his wife at the time accsed made sexual relations, so a 'rape case' is not made. Yes, and the case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Umed Singh Grewal of Delhi and the court found that the victim married on or before 2 November 2015. According to him, the rape took place on July 5, 2016, so the victim was his wife on the day of the incident, then the court acquitted the accused.
