Delhi's Patiala House Court on Saturday reserved its order for Tuesday on Disha Ravi's bail application, who is under three-day judicial custody in the toolkit case.

The case was heard by additional sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana. Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju, appearing for the Delhi Police, opposed the bail plea alleging that Ravi is deleting and destroying the evidence. "Reasons for denying bail is tampering with the evidence," he said.

The Delhi Police in the court said that an organisation named Kisan Ekta company is in touch with an organisation in Vancouver city which is a hotbed for anti-India activities with regard to Khalistan.

The police further said that different organisations operated from Canada and wanted someone to hoist a flag at India Gate, Red Fort. They wanted to carry out such activities in the garb of farmers' protest and that is why the Poetic Justice Foundation is involved. But as soon as the Toolkit was available in the public domain, plans for deletion was planned and performed. The ASG further told the court that the 21-year-old activist is not cooperating with the investigation.

Former law enforcement officers have said that in the case of Disha Ravi, age is immaterial, and what matters is the series of actions that are "naturally anti-national".

On Friday, Ravi was sent to three-day judicial custody by Delhi's Patiala House Court. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain sent Ravi, 21, to jail after Delhi Police produced her before the court on expiry of her five-day custodial interrogation.
