New Delhi: In view of the rising havoc of Corona infection in the country's capital Delhi, it has been decided not to open schools once again. While giving information on Sunday, Education Minister Manish Sisodia said that all the schools in Delhi will remain closed till October 31. Let us tell you that all efforts are being made to control the corona infection in the capital, even after this, in the last 24 hours, 2258 new patients were found and 34 died.

However, it is a matter of relief that in the third consecutive day, more infected people have been cured. At the same time, 3440 patients have recovered from infection. According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, the total number of infected persons has reached 2,87,930. Of these, 2,57,224 have recovered and recovery rate is 89.4 percent. 5472 people have died so far. Active patients are reduced to 25234.

According to the bulletin, active cases have been steadily decreasing since 10 days. There are currently 5989 outpatients admitted in Kovid hospitals. At the same time, 1226 patients are being treated in Kovid Care Center and 312 in Health Center. There are currently 170050 people testing on a population of 10 lakhs in Delhi. 39306 people have been tested in one day. Test numbers were much lower than daily. According to the investigation, the infection rate was also reduced to 5.7 percent when it was found to be less infected.
