New Delhi: Manish Sisodia, the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister, met with Cambridge University faculty on Tuesday to discuss the ongoing collaboration for training principals and educators, as well as new initiatives to strengthen ties.

The meeting was as part of Sisodia's ongoing visit to the United Kingdom  for the Education World Forum 2022. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who also holds the education portfolio, addressed the possibility of creating a collaborative certification course in school leadership, curriculum development, and other relevant sectors between Cambridge University and Delhi Teachers University.

"I am pleased by the growing interest in learning from our educational model and reforms. Only by learning from one another can we create an ideal education system, one that allows students to reach their full potential and become responsible citizens who the world can be proud of "he said. "Our continued relationship with Cambridge University for principle training has aided us in creating a healthy school environment and implementing better administrative practises.

We are excited to collaborate with them to continue to adopt the best school leadership techniques from across the world in our schools. "It is important for our teachers to be aware of global best practises in order to give world-class education to children from all socioeconomic situations. Cambridge University has played a key role in helping to transform our vision into reality in Delhi's education revolution," he added.
