On Tuesday, the Delhi government had claimed that many of their hospitals were facing an acute shortage of oxygen and only a few hours of oxygen was left, though the supply of oxygen in Delhi has been increased during the day on Tuesday night and Wednesday. This second wave of corona has put tremendous pressure on Delhi hospitals. Delhi hospitals are not only fully filled at present but are also facing an acute shortage of oxygen. Last evening, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain tweeted about the shortage of oxygen at GTB Hospital in east Delhi. He had said that the hospital has only 4 hours of oxygen and if oxygen is not found at the right time, there may be problems. A few hours after his tweet, an oxygen tanker from Modinagar in UP reached GTB Hospital.
