Delhi HC judge to have quarantine at luxurious hotel, 100 room covid care centre ready

New Delhi: Delhi's Arvind Kejriwal government has decided to set up a 100-room covid care centre for Delhi High Court judges, other judicial officers and their families at a hotel in the capital. Chanakyapuri SDM has issued an order in this regard. As per the order, Primus Hospital will operate this covid care centre.

The hospital will provide doctors, nurses and health facilities. The hotel will be responsible for the cleanliness of food and rooms. The high court had urged to set up a covid care centre in view of the increasing corona cases. Under this, the Delhi government has decided to set up this covid-care centre at a hotel in Chanakyapuri. The capital has not seen any significant decline in the daily cases of corona even after the investigation slipped. Now, 25,000 Tests are being reduced every day as compared to earlier. Even then, the number of infected people is not decreasing.

The transition rate has remained more than 30 per cent for the last 10 days. An average of 75,000 tests is being conducted every day in Delhi at present. More than one lakh tests were being conducted till April 17. At that time, on average, 24,000 cases were coming up on one lakh investigations, and now, even after 75,000 investigations, only about 24,000 cases are coming every day. Rt PCR tests are also now being reduced as the total investigation has come down. Earlier, an average of 70,000 RT-PCR tests was being conducted every day. Now, it is only 45,000.
