The Delhi High Court today has postponed the hearing date petition of Islamic preacher Zakir Naik which was filed by him against the government declarance on ban of his Non-Government organization, Islamic Research Foundation (IRF).
The court has deferred the case till January 23 and it has even asked the Central Government to show all the documents related to the ban.
The Home Ministry had imposed on IRF for five years under the act of Unlawful Activities.
