The various petitions seeking action by the Delhi Government and civic authorities to stop the spread of dengue and chikungunya today will be continued heard by the Delhi High Court. During the hearing, it is must for the Municipal Commissioners to be present.

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi earlier was slammed by the High Court as it failed to manage the sanitation and garbage management in the national capital.

The South and North MCD commissioners had appeared before the court, while the EDMC commissioner got an exemption as he was out of the country.
