Police arrests Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's attacker says, he is 'unstable'

The Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested the man who allegedly attacked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with chilli powder. Cops further informed that the attacker was found to be "unstable and incoherent", as news agency ANI reported .
The attacker was 40-year-old and identified as an Anil Kumar Sharma .The police said that they have registered a case in the subject while adding that no official complaint has been received from the Chief Minister Secretariat so far.
Worth mention here Sharma threw red chilli powder at Kejriwal outside his chamber at the Delhi secretariat. The man came to the secretariat on the alleged reason of giving a letter to Kejriwal. He handed the note to the Delhi CM and touched his feet, during which the chilli powder fell from his hand. After that He tried to smear the remaining powder on CM Kejriwal's face, but was caught by some people. 
Earlier, the Delhi Police, in a statement, had stated that the chilli powder, which was found on the floor of the Delhi Secretariat may have fallen out of Sharma`s hand and the attack may have been not deliberate, according to news agency ANI.
Speaking in a press meet shortly after the attack, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia accused the BJP of hatching a conspiracy to carry out “fatal” attack on the Chief Minister Kejriwal in involvement with the Delhi Police.
