New Delhi: Police has uncovered a fake call centre in Rohini area of Delhi. Delhi Police has arrested 12 gang members. According to the police, this gang has cheated more than 250 people in the last 2 years. The gang has cheated more than 13 crores from 250 people.

The retired manager of the Punjab National Bank had complained to the Delhi Police that he had cheated Rs 20 lakh with the money by looting the benefits of the investment plan and insurance. The retired bank manager said in his complaint that the money has been cheated in the name of getting insurance renewal and then in the name of getting double the money after renewal and maturity. When the Delhi Police started investigating this matter, it came to know that this gang is not cheating people only by calling people from Delhi, but the call centers of this gang often change their place. Delhi Police started the investigation from the bank account in which the retired bank manager had poured money.

Delhi Police has arrested 12 people in this case, some of whom used to call people and make breathtaking promises, they own 2 call centers and have worked in an insurance company and some people with whose help Bank accounts were opened in which this gang used to deposit money. More than 1 dozen accused are still absconding.
