New Delhi: The chargesheet filed under the UAPA against Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam by the Special Cell of Delhi Police made the shocking revelation in Delhi riot. The chargesheet states that about 300 Bengali-speaking women were used in the Delhi violence.

Not only this, these women were called from the Jahangirpuri area of Delhi to the Zafarabad Anti-CAA Protest Site. These women were brought to Jaffarabad in 7 buses. According to the charge sheet, on 23 February, they were first taken in buses to the demonstration site of Shaheen Bagh, where these women were fed and then after that they were brought to the Jaffarabad demonstration site. The chargesheet states that most of these women were in burqas and were also involved in stone pelting during the protest.

The Bengali-speaking women were also paid the bus fare. It has been said in the charge sheet that the map for this entire planning was created by Omar Khalid. The Special Cell claims that Omar Khalid was acting as a major mastermind in the Delhi violence.
