Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar's movie Prithviraj is witnessing a steady performance. Now, the All India Kshatriya Mahasabha has launched a front against his movie. Akshay's effigy has also been blown up by the organisation in Chandigarh in protest. The organisation protested saying that the name of the movie cannot be Prithviraj alone. They should be called Hindu Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan or Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan. Since he was now the last Hindu emperor, his name should be named after the movie with respect.

Let us inform you that earlier the Karni Sena had also expressed its displeasure over the movie. In his statement, Surjit Singh Rathore, President and Filmmaker, Youth Wing, Karni Sena, had said that Akshay Kumar's movie is based on the life of the great Prithviraj Raj Chauhan. How can the movie be named Prithviraj? We demand that the title be changed and respected.

The movie is being directed by Chandraprakash Drivedi. While Manushi Chhillar will be seen alongside Akshay Kumar in the movie. He plays Samyukta in the film.
