Mumbai: Coronavirus is wreaking havoc once again in the country. The number of patients is increasing day by day. Now, things are going on about the lockdown in Maharashtra. Actually, it is being said that there may be a lockdown in Maharashtra again. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar has responded to this.
Recently he said, 'The state was very crowded during Diwali. Even during Ganesh Chaturthi we saw huge crowd. We are talking to the departments concerned. We will review the situation for the next two to three days and then the lockdown will be decided further. ' Apart from this, 5,760 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in Maharashtra on Saturday. In this case, the total number of infected people has increased to 17,74,455. An official of the state health department says, "62 patients died due to infection on Saturday, after which the total number of dead has increased to 46,573".
Apart from this, the official also said that, '4,088 people were discharged today after being free from infection in the state. So far, 16,47,004 covid-19 patients have been cured. 79,873 patients are currently being treated in the state. However, in the past, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray had said that do not force to impose a lockdown again, rules should be strictly followed.
