Chief Advisor to chief minister Ajaya Kallam said that the three areas of the state will develop with decentralization and there will be no possibility of regional hatred in the future. 3 cities will be developed in three places with as little as possible. YSRCP Legal Cell conducted a webinar on Sunday for governance decentralization. The cell's convenor M. Manohar Reddy spoke in this webinar. He said that buildings for administration could be built on the outskirts of Visakhapatnam with a thousand crores, and the land was available.

By giving visakhapatnam some boost, Hyderabad will be competitive in the future. If the Buildings and Facilities are provided to the High Court in Kurnool with a thousand crores, the city will develop. The assembly will be able to protect the interests of the people of the region by continuing in Amravati. Amravati is agricultural-based and hence the possibility of the appropriate industries is possible. The interests of the capital farmers will be protected. The government wants to provide infrastructure like roads and drains in 29 villages and fulfill their promises.

The Administrative Reforms Committee, headed by former Union Minister Veerappa Moily, has said about decentralization in the report. Gandhiji said that panchayats should be provided with mechanism and funds for self-government, and this government is doing the same through the gram secretariat system. There is no where to do all the activities in the name of the capital. 99.999 per cent of the people will not be disturbed by decentralization. According to the BCG report, a million to 1.5 million crores will be spent on construction of Amaravati, which is not profitable.  The government has proposed decentralization to develop all areas at low cost
