Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is currently stuck in a state of paralysis. So far, it is not clear whether the BJP top command has authorized Fadnavis for a deal with the Shiv Sena or whether he is trying to save his own position. Actually, almost 10 days have passed since the election results in Maharashtra, but no consensus has been reached between the BJP and Shiv Sena about the formation of the government.
