Rohtas: Dharmendra Kumar, collector of Rohtas district of Bihar, is in news these days. He has married again. IAS Dharmendra Kumar took seven rounds with his subordinate officer Anu Pandey in a grand wedding program. Anu is also appointed as OSD in Patna Agriculture Department. Dharmendra Kumar became IAS by bringing 25th rank.
Dharmendra Kumar of Nalanda is currently the collector of Rohtas. His first posting as collector was in Jamui district. Dharmendra Kumar, who got 25th rank in UPSC exam, got in touch with his subordinate officer Anu Pandey. Both understood each other and decided to get married. The family members and relatives of both attended the marriage. Collector Dharmendra Kumar was married on March 11, 2015 to Vatsala Singh, daughter of Ashirwad Pipe, owner of Kamdhenu Sariya and Vinay, a resident of Barh in Patna district. After marriage, their relationship could not work. On March 7, 2018, Collector Dharmendra Kumar had filed an application in the court for divorce from his wife.
Due to this, a case of dowry harassment was also filed against Dharmendra Kumar in the court. Dharmendra Kumar's first wife Vatsala Singh filed a dowry harassment case against Dharmendra Kumar on March 21, 2018. Thereafter, she went to the National Commission for Women. The Women's Commission had summoned Collector Dharmendra Kumar on 20 July. In this case, there was a tussle between City SP and Women's Commission member Sushma Sahu in the ADG office of CID. Let us tell you that on March 11, 2015, Vatsala Singh was married to Dharmendra Kumar, an IAS officer of 2013 batch, with mutual consent.
