Addressing the BJP's virtual rally on Friday, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that during the last six years of Modi government, the development of the northeastern states has received maximum attention. He said that the predecessor governments always ignored the states of the northeast. Since the formation of the government at the Center in 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worried the most about Eastern India, due to which development has taken place in all areas. He said that states like Bengal and Orissa have benefited the most. In 2014, only 41 percent of the households in Bengal had LPG connections. Its number has increased to 97 percent in 6 years.

After Amphan, PM Modi visited Bengal within 48 hours and gave Rs 1000 crore to the state government immediately. He questioned whether the erstwhile government of Delhi had helped any state so soon. Pradhan said that "Major steps have been taken to improve the coal sector. Now coal mines will be available on an auction basis and state will get the same amount." Attacking the Mamata government on the issue of corruption, Pradhan said that the money is being sent from Delhi through Syndicate to the people of Trinamool. He said that it is not going to last long.

Apart from this, atrocities on the people are being done, Trinamool will get the answer in the 2021 assembly elections. The people of Bengal are working for change by putting their lives at risk. The state government is obstructing the work of BJP MPs and leaders, and putting them in quarantine.
