Ragi (Finger Millet / Ragi)

Wheat has high carbohydrate content. Therefore, it is considered appropriate to cut down on its intake. If you are a diabetic patient, you can use ragi instead of wheat flour, which is a healthier option for your health. Ragi consists of fiber, calcium and essential amino acids, making it known as a nutritious grain. You can also try ragi dosa or ragi aloo paratha.

Kuttu (Buckwheat / Kuttu)

Kuttu is generally considered a fast or fasting food. It is a healthy and nutritious grain, which helps control your blood sugar. It is a grain with a low glycemic index, so it is considered very beneficial for diabetes patients.

Radish / Mooli

Radish is full of high fiber and is also helpful in controlling your blood sugar. If you are a diabetic patient, you can eat radish as a salad or you can also eat radish parathas. You can eat it by adding lemon juice and light salt along with seasonal vegetables with radish, which will improve its taste and you will also get its benefits.

Bitter gourd (Kourla)

Bitter bitter gourd is full of benefits for you. The way the medicine is bitter, the sooner it affects, in the same way as bitter gourd. Many people do not like it due to taste, but bitter gourd is helpful in controlling your weight loss to control blood sugar.
