J-hope was chosen to be an assistant instructor at the elite 36th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center in Wonju, Gangwon Province. She is currently serving in the military.

Rapper J-Hope from BTS reportedly gained a new accomplishment while serving in the South Korean army. According to a recent rumor, J-Hope has been chosen to serve as the military's assistant instructor. BigHit Music, the BTS agency, has responded to the information.

J-hope, who is presently in the military, was given a promotion to assistant instructor. This exciting information follows that of Kim Seokjin (also known as Jin), another member of BTS, who recently started working as an assistant in Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do's 5th Infantry Division of the Army.

According to a fresh claim from Soompi, who quoted a military official, the rapper was picked for the position at the recruit training facility for the 36th Infantry Division. According to Soompi, who cited a source, "J-Hope will serve as an assistant instructor after passing a period of educational qualification evaluation."

Army representatives verified the rapper's new role as an assistant instructor, letting the K-media in on the secret. According to a South Korean news agency, J-Hope will first need to undergo a review of his educational qualification certification evaluation before starting his duties.

BigHit Music, the company that represents BTS, issued the following statement in response to the claims as enthusiasm over the news grew: "Please understand that it is difficult to confirm."

J-Hope joined the military on April 18, becoming the second member of BTS to do so after Jin. J-Hope will reportedly continue to work as an assistant instructor until his release on October 17, 2024, much like Jin did. Other members RM, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook intend to complete their military service in accordance with their own personal plans.
