New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Monday took the first dose of coronavirus vaccine at Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and has also demanded vaccination from all those who are eligible under the second phase of vaccination campaign. P Niveda, a resident and nurse of Puducherry, has given PM Modi a dose of covaxin from Bharat Biotech. After which Prime Minister Modi said to Nurse Niveda, ‘laga bhi di, pata hi nahi chala’
After applying the corona vaccine to Prime Minister Modi, nurse Niveda told the media, 'Sir (PM Modi) has been appointed as a biotech of Bharat Biotech. The second dose is to be given to them after 28 days.' He asked us where we are going to live and after the vaccination, he said that Done already! I didn’t even get to know. As for this, Modi ji has tweeted giving information about the vaccine, he said, "I took the first dose of covid-19 vaccine in AIIMS."
Continuing his talk, he said- 'Our doctors and scientists have done extraordinary work in a very short time in the global fight against Corona. I appeal to all those who are eligible for the covid vaccine. Together we will make India free from corona virus infection.' Along with the tweet, PM Modi also shared a picture of him getting the vaccine, in which he is seen wearing an Assamese skull and smiling. Apart from nurse Niveda, another nurse from Kerala Rosamma Anil is also seen in this picture with her.
