New Delhi: Congress leader Digvijay Singh has attacked the Modi government for handing over the case of Devendra Singh, DSP (expelled) of Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested along with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Former CM and veteran Congress leader Digvijay Singh said on Friday that the NIA will investigate the Devendra Singh case, headed by YC Modi. He hails from Gujarat.

Digvijay Singh further said that YC Modi gave a clean chit to the then CM Narendra Modi in the 2002 Gujarat riots. Along with this, Amit Shah was also given a clean chit in the Sohrabuddin case. Now, trying to save Devendra Singh by entrusting him with the task of investigating this matter. The former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh further said that some people told me that there is a tussle between the Home Minister and the National Security Advisor (NSA).
