Bhopal: Digvijay Singh, senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP, is surrounded by controversies. This time he got trolled for one of his tweets. On the occasion of Muharram, he tweeted and he got trolled. He saluted the people on this occasion. On one hand, while those who believe in Islam were mourning, Digvijay was taking it as a celebration. Due to this tweet, CM of MP trolled all over social media.

On Tuesday, Digvijay Singh's tweeted with his official Twitter handle. It said, "Our salute to all the Muslim brothers and sisters on the auspicious occasion of Muharram". However, after this, some people made fun of him, but some people took it to vote bank politics. People started writing that you are a supporter of Muslims, we will not believe that unless you kill two whips and upload your video.

Significantly, Muharram, which is counted among the four holy months of Islam, is called the month of mourning. But the Congress leader called it a holy festival.
