On Friday, Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said that Thursday has been the name of the BJP in the history of Madhya Pradesh. Out of 51, 41 seats have become BJP-backed presidents. Congress has done the work of shaming the entire process of democracy. He accused former CM and Rajya Sabha member Digvijay Singh of hooliganism. Sarang said Digvijay Singh tried to stall the elections by gathering goons from Bhopal. A crowd of hundreds of people gathered to take the law into their hands. Also misbehaved with me. Sarang said that ACP Umesh Tiwari was assaulted by Digvijay Singh. He said that earlier also a picture of hooliganism with a paramilitary jawan had surfaced. He said "I have written a letter to Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi Ji that Congress President Digvijay Singh should be made goon President. Digvijay Singh's mentality is of a goon.''

Ahead of the election of the Zila panchayat president and vice-president on Friday, Congress had accused the BJP of abducting four supporters. At the time of the election, minister Bhupendra Singh and MLA Rameshwar Sharma had arrived at the district panchayat office with the newly elected members. MLA Rameshwar Sharma also walked in with the members. Former CM Digvijay Singh and MLAs Arif Masood, and PC Sharma, who were present at the spot, opposed it. The police stopped them. Due to this, there was a scuffle between the police and the Congress leaders. The BJP is attacking Digvijay Singh over a photo.
