Dilip Kumar has not been active on social media for a long time. He last tweeted on March 26. He was isolated by his wife Saira Bano since corona started last year. Saira is taking full care of Dilip Kumar at the moment.

In the same interview, Saira Bano had said that Dilip Kumar is his heartbeat. Saira had said, "I still keep looking at Dilip Saheb. Dilip Saheb is my heartbeat. It is the greatest pleasure in the world for me to touch and see Dilip Saheb. That's how I can see them at a young age. That's my breath". Saira had said some time ago that she does not take care of Dilip Kumar because there is an emphasis on him. She does this because she loves Dilip Kumar immensely. Saira had said, 'I don't intend anyone to praise me and say I am a dedicated wife'.
