Bollywood actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh is going to appear in the film Good Newwz soon. He did not say no to the film for the first time as he felt that producer Karan Johar was not serious about taking him to the film. Diljit is also getting many film projects, but his first priority has always been his singing career. He also calls it the main source of his earnings. Diljit said that acting has happened accidentally but he is always a singer. He further said that he does not earn much from Bollywood and his house moves with songs.

Diljit Dosanjh is a big actor from Punjab, made his Bollywood debut in the film Udta Punjab. After seeing Udta in Punjab, Karan Johar invited him to discuss a project. In an interview, Diljit said that he had spoken to Karan twice but he was still not a part of the film.

This made him feel that he only called people to meet and did not give them work. Diljit said that when he was called again for Good Newwz, he left without any hope. He did not even want to do the film but it was then learned that Karan was thinking seriously about taking him in this role. Diljit accepted the role as soon as he got the script. Diljit further said that he liked his role and liked it more when he came to know that the film also stars Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. Diljit Dosanjh will be seen alongside Kiara Advani in the film Good Newwz. The film is a comedy-drama, which is based on in vitro fertilization (IVF). The film Good Newwz is set to release soon.
