Newbie Disha Patani debuted in Bollywood opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Neeraj Pandey's MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. The actress is one of the quite fit and healthy actress in industry. To stay fit, she believes in dance and fitness regime.

The actress stated, "I follow a routine on a daily basis, which comprises dance class, gymnastics and going to the gym. I also spend about half an hour on yoga, too."

Disha says sportsperson in her helps her remain fit, "I was always into sports and as a sportsperson, you need to be fit to survive and play from start to finish. As I grew up, I started practising gymnastics. I love dancing as well. So that keeps me fit."
