At the same time, do not light cigarettes anywhere in the train compartment or at the station. If caught carrying inflammable and explosive goods in the train, there is a punishable offence under Sections 164 and 165 of the Railway Act 1989. In such a situation, a fine of one thousand rupees and imprisonment of up to 3 years or both can be punished.
