Many of us are aware of the pain of the shoulders but do not understand the frozen shoulders. The pain of the frozen shoulder gradually jams the shoulders. Sitting in the same posture throughout the day at the office makes the joints jam. Prolonged office seating and lack of exercise lead to frozen shoulder problems.

Always warm up your shoulder before any exercising. The best way you can do that is to take a warm shower or bath for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use a moist heating pad.
