Take a mixing bowl, add chunks of a ripe mango, smoked chicken, avocado, a handful arugula leaves, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, 2 tbsp boiled legumes, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix it well and serve fresh
