Washington: Accusing China of not being transparent about the Coronavirus, US President Donald Trump has said that China could have prevented this deadly infection from spreading across the world, but it did not happen. Trump has previously expressed displeasure over China's attitude in dealing with the Corona epidemic. In May, he claimed that "It is the incompetence of China that is causing so many deaths in the world".

Since the onset of coronavirus from Wuhan city of China, more than six lakh people have died across the world. In the US, 1,43,000 people have died due to corona. More than 14 million people in the world have been infected with corona, including 4 million people in the US. In the White House Oval Office, Trump said to media "It started in China. It should not have spread. China could have stopped it. They could have easily stopped it. But they did not do so.''

President Trump said, "We received the report further on this. But the virus came from China. China could have prevented it, but the virus was not stopped before it spread to the rest of the world. They did not prohibit going to Europe, America". President Trump said, "They should have stopped this transition. They did not show transparency. They took the opposite approach, this is not right"
