New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah's statement on Jam has been targeted by MP Azam Khan's wife and city MLA Dr Tazeen Fatma. She has said that it is totally wrong to link Azam Khan's name with Jinnah. Azam Khan, however, has always opposed Jinnah's ideology. On the other hand, BJP's LK Advani had gone to Pak and bowed his forehead at Jinnah. How is Azam Khan supporting Jinnah's ideology?

According to reports, Home Minister Amit Shah had said at a public meeting in Azamgarh on Saturday that Modi brought JAM to the government. But, the JAM that the SP Government brought includes the names of Jinnah, Azam Khan and Mukhtar Ansari. Azam Khan's wife Dr Tazeen Fatma, who is lodged in Sitapur jail, hit out at Amit Shah's statement that it is a pity that Azam Khan, who is also an MP, was linked to Jinnah by the Home Minister. Azam Khan has always been a strong sense nationalist. He has always started opposing Jinnah's ideology. He never supported Pak nor spoke of going to Pak.

A person who has so much love in his mind that he established educational institutions here. Johar University was also established. It is an injustice to connect his name with Jinnah. Dr Tazeen Fatma has said that Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh and SP President Akhilesh Yadav never went to Pak and bowed their head at Jinnah's tomb. When L.K. Advani went to Pak, he bowed his forehead, especially at Jinnah's tomb. How Azam Khan is being spoken as a supporter of Jinnah's ideology. Jinnah's ideology is opposed not only by the party, Azam khan but by every Indian. All this is politically motivated.
