The Dubai Media Office has said that foreign tourists will be allowed to visit Dubai from July 7, while foreign nationals holding residency visas will be able to return from June 22. A protocol list has also been released by the government for the passengers, which will be necessary for everyone to follow. According to the media report, the government has clearly stated that those travelling to Dubai have to follow the guidelines issued keeping the coronavirus in mind. In addition, tourists must present a recent Corona Virus Negative Certificate or undergo a test at Dubai Airport. People whose reports are found positive will be kept in isolation for 14 days. Also, it has been made mandatory to get checked for coronavirus 96 hours before the trip to Dubai.
The Dubai administration has said that tourists should have international health insurance and they should download a special mobile application which contains all their information. They will also have to fill a health-related declaration form. In this announcement made on Sunday, it has also been said that local residents will be able to travel abroad from Tuesday, June 23.
