The administration is keeping an eye on the situation so that there is no danger from the water of the lake on the stock of Rishiganga. According to the state government, the State Disaster Response Force, Uttarakhand, is vigilant and is doing relief and rescue work. Manually announced early warning system by SDRF from Pang to Tapovan. A team of SDRF has been deployed in Pang, Rainey and Tapovan. A new strategy has been prepared to deal with any situation in the affected area of Uttarakhand. Within which SDRF teams equipped with binoculars, satellite phones and public announcement systems have alerted the area up to Joshimath along with the surrounding village in any emergency.

According to the information received, SDRF teams are also inspecting the area where the lake is formed. According to SDRF, there is no danger at the moment. Riddim Agarwal, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority and DIG SDRF said that the SDRF teams are constantly in touch through satellite phones. The first team under the SDRF Early Warning System team has been deployed in Pang Village. This team has 3 personnel deployed. The second team has been deployed in Raini village. The third team is working in Tapovan village.

It is also being said that the total distance from Pang village to Tapovan is 10.5 kilometres. According to the Uttarakhand administration, if the water level rises in any way, then these Early Warning SDRF teams will provide information immediately. The areas near the river can be evacuated immediately within 5 to 7 minutes. The SDRF parties have also coordinated with the village heads above Rainy. Soon, early warning systems will be installed in disaster-affected areas in two to three days, so that when the water level reaches Danger level, the general public will be informed of the danger of siren ringing. These SDRF teams are also making the villagers aware of this.
