Ingredients: one cup of flour, 2 baked and mashed bananas, half cups thickly crushed almonds, three quarter of milk, 4 small spoons of fine sugar or brown sugar, half teaspoon vanilla essence, half teaspoon baking powder, butter for cooking, For serving Honey or fruit jam
Method: First, make a mixture of milk and banana together in a mixer, so that they mix well. Now mix this mixture with flour, grated almonds, a spoonful of molted butter, sugar or brown sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder.
Keep in mind that this mixture does not have any lumps. Now put a little butter in a non stick pan and heat it and add the mixture prepared on it. To make a slightly thick pancake, add approximately one fourth of the cup mixture together.
Now put the butter in the side and make this pan cake on both sides until it becomes light brown on a low flame. Put the honey or fruit jam on top of the pan cake and cut it from the middle to the fold. Pan cake is ready to serve.
