Moonglet making material- 
1 cup yellow moong dal
1/2 capsicum (green chilli)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/4 tbsp dry mango powder
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
1/2 tomatoes
1 piece green chili
2 pinch heeng
salt as per requirement

Method of making moonglet- For this you soak the moong dal for 4-5 hours and then remove the water and put it in the blender. Then blend to make a thick paste. Now blend water as needed and again. Add more water in batches to prepare a solution of medium stability. Take the mixture out in the cup. Add salt, asafoetida and amchur powder. Now add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves. After this, mix well to prepare a batter. Keep strutting for a few minutes until the batter becomes a little frothy. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a small pan. Now pour half the solution into the pan and let it cook for a few minutes. Make sure the pan is small and the batter forms a thick layer. Then flip it to the other side and cook until crispy. Repeat this step to make another moonglet. Finally serve the moonglet hotly with ketchup, tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
