200 grams fresh noodles
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup Celery , chopped
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chili sauce
1 cup green and red capsicum
1 mushroom
1 cup carrots, bunch
1 green chili, cut into pieces
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp Green Onion
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Method of making Vegetable Chowmein- First of all, take water in a pan, add salt and olive oil to it and let it come to a boil. Now add noodles to it and let it cook, if it is fresh then cook lightly and if it is dry then cook a little more. After this, drain its water immediately and cool it in running water, the noodles will cool completely. Now add a tablespoon of oil to the noodles and if needed, leave the noodles in a sieve. After this, soak green chilies in vinegar for garnishing in a small bowl and keep aside. After this, heat oil in a large pan and add garlic, ginger-garlic paste and onion and fry it on high flame. Now add carrots along with celery, mushrooms, red and green chilies and fry well. After this add salt, pepper powder, tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar to the vegetables. Mix well. Now add noodles to it and mix well till it gets mixed completely. After this garnish with red capsicum and green chillies with vinegar. Take Vegetable Chowmein is ready to serve.
