Kamalapur: Addressing a roadshow at Kamalapur divisional headquarters on Sunday, TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy said Eatala Rajendra, who switched over to the BJP from the ruling TRS, failed to make an impact on the development front in the constituency. “During his tenure with the TRS, Eatala failed to fulfill the promises – like double bedroom houses, three acres of land to Dalits, loan waiver etc – his party made to the people. Now, he is with the BJP, which has Has made life miserable for the people.

Reddy said that, due to his failures, Eatala has no right to contest again from Huzurabad. “Though there are 1.91 lakh vacancies in state services, KCR made little effort to provide employment to the youth,” Reddy said. He said that providing employment is more important than pension. Thousands of youth pursuing degree and PG were roaming in Hyderabad without employment. He said that they shy away from showing their faces to their families in the villages.

Reddy said K Kavita, the daughter of KCR, who lost the Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat, was provided the MLC post within three months. Referring to agriculture, he accused KCR of not giving at least the minimum support price. All that KCR concentrates on the sale of liquor from which the exchequer fills. Referring to Congress candidate Balamoor Venkat for Huzurabad bypoll, Revanth Reddy appealed to the people to bless him. Senior leaders Ponnam Prabhakar, Seethakka, Naini Rajendra Reddy among others were present.
