Famous chef Meghna recently shared the recipe for vermicelli vegetable pancakes on the microblogging app Koo App. In her Koo post, Chef Meghna explains that the vermicelli is fried rather than boiled to give these pancakes their crispiness. Depending on your needs, you can adjust the amounts of vegetables and spices used to make these pancakes. Put whatever vegetables you or the kids prefer in it. If you want the kids to try a new vegetable, add it as well, because they won't be able to lick the pancake after they eat it. will not cease.

How To Make Vermicelli Pancakes

Take one cup of vermicelli, or vermicelli, and one cup of semolina to start.

Fry the vermicelli in a teaspoon of oil until it turns light pink in color.

Take out about two tablespoons of the vermicelli after roasting and set it aside. Place the remaining vermicelli in a different vessel.

Roughly chop the roasted vermicelli and add it to the semolina in the mixing bowl. After that, add a half cup of curd to it.

Now stir in the same amount of roasted urad dal and two teaspoons of cumin. After adding salt, let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

You can add water or curd to the mixture if you find it to be too dry. Afterward, thoroughly combine the chopped green capsicum, carrot, onion, green coriander, chilli, and ginger.

Now stir in the roasted peanuts. Remember that this batter should be thick, not thin.

Add a teaspoon of fruit salt to this batter before frying pancakes.

Put a ring on the pan and then fill it with half a teaspoon of oil. Then, after adding a small amount of additional vermicelli, pour batter over it and evenly spread it.

Will roast it by flipping it over after cooking it under cover over a low to medium flame. Make the remaining pancakes in the same manner.

Vermicelli pancakes that are crispy are prepared.

Serve them with chutney, ketchup, and tea, if desired.
