Generally, stale food is considered harmful to health. It is said that eating food kept for more than 12 hours can cause food poisoning. Apart from this,  the quantity of nutritious ingredients is decreased in stale food.

Not only this, if you reheat the remaining food again, it can also be fatal for health. It is not that all the stale food harms health, but it also contains some grains which are considered beneficial for health even after being stale. One of these is stale roti.

1- Control on blood pressure If you are troubled by the problem of blood pressure, then in such a situation, you should consume stale roti with cold milk. Soak the stale bread in cold milk and leave it for 10 minutes and eat it in breakfast in the morning. By doing this, you can control your blood pressure.

2- Control at Sugar Level Patients with diabetes and sugar should definitely use stale roti. If you want to control your sugar level, then soak the stale bread in cold soaked milk for 10 minutes and then eat it. You can eat it anytime during the day.

3- Remove stomach problems Those people who are often disturbed with stomach problems, stale roti is not less than any medicine for such people. Eating stale bread with cold milk during the night gives relief from all the stomach problems like constipation, acidity, and stomach burning.

4- Control the body temperature Stale bread is also helpful in keeping body temperature balanced. The body temperature is controlled by eating stale roti with milk. Especially in the summer, it is not risky for problems like high stroke.
