Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said during an address yesterday that "The hard work of farmers has become the basis of the economy in the face of adverse circumstances of Corona crisis". At the same time, he said about the current situation of Corona, 'The economy does not deteriorate, so lockdown is not being imposed, but people should put on masks and get vaccinated'. Actually, yesterday, Shivraj Singh Chauhan addressed the state-level Mission Earth Program.
During his address during this time, he said, 'The state's rich production of food grains last year has strengthened not only the state but also the country. The state government is making every effort to double the income of the farmer. Farming-animal husbandry-horticulture-fisheries-diversification of crops, food processing, packaging, and proper marketing by taking co-operatives in totality will not only make the products of our state a country. Apart from this, he also said that 'The fight against the corona infection is to be fought jointly by the state government and society. Follow the rule of applying the mask seriously. Do not take it lightly in any situation'.
In this program, he digitally launched the country's second state-of-the-art Seaman Production Laboratory established at a cost of Rs 47 crore 50 lakh in the Bhadbhada area under Mission Earth. During this program, the inauguration of 985 community cowsheds constructed at a cost of Rs 260 crore in various gram panchayats, and the foundation stone of 145 community cowsheds going to be built at a cost of Rs 50 crores was also laid. Meanwhile, he inaugurated 33 power substations and also performed Bhoomi Pujan of four sub-centers. Let us tell you that their total cost is Rs 1530 crore. During this program, he appealed to the people of the state to come forward with self-motivation for vaccination. He said, 'Lockdown is not being imposed so that the economy is not affected. The cooperation of all of you is necessary to control the corona'.
