Raipur: Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has made sensational allegations against the officers of the Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department. He tweeted 6 one after the other on Monday and said that the team of ED and IT is beating officers and businessmen by making them cocks. Expressing objection to the action of central agencies in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Baghel said that ED and IT are beating up officers and businessmen to get their statements. Many people's bones have been broken due to this. Many people have lost their hearing. The complaint about this has reached the state government.

Expressing displeasure, CM Baghel said that such complaints are being received continuously. If further complaints come, the police will take action. He further said that we will have full cooperation in a proper investigation, but if complaints come, the state police will be forced to take legal action. Expressing his displeasure through social media, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that central agencies are the strength of the citizens of the country. If the citizens start getting scared of these forces, then definitely the negative power weakens the country.

He further said that agencies like Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department should take legal action against the corrupt, and we welcome it. But the way illegal things are coming to the fore during the interrogation of people by the officers of the Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department, they are not acceptable at all. Further, CM Baghel said, 'Serious complaints are received like lifting people from their homes, beating them like cocks and forcing them to make statements they want, threatening to rot in jail for life, keeping them without food and water till night. They (central agencies) are conducting raids without informing the local police, taking CRPF along with them.'
