Mumbai: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes was questioned for several hours by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on August 30, 2021, in connection with a money laundering case. Now media reports revealed that Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to call Jacqueline from Tihar jail. She used to get expensive flowers and chocolates. Sukesh is said to have recovered about Rs.200 crores from inside Tihar.

According to sources close to the ED, Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to call Jacqueline Fernandes through spoofing from inside Tihar jail. He used to reveal his identity as something else in place of Sukesh Chandrashekhar. He told Jacqueline on the call that he is powerful and in a great position. According to sources, 'When Jacqueline got into his trap, she started sending them expensive flowers and chocolates.' ED officials have more than two dozen call recordings of Sukesh on the basis of which they managed to find out about the fraud against Jacqueline. However, the investigating agency has not disclosed for security reasons what Sukesh used to talk to Jacqueline by telling herself. Sukesh reportedly tried to target another famous actress through call spoofing from Tihar jail.

The ED had seized a Chennai bungalow and some luxury cars on Monday (August 30th) in a money laundering case. The action was taken in a money laundering case registered against a thug named Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Chandrashekhar is accused of running a ransom racket from inside Tihar jail. According to investigating agencies, Sukesh has collected a ransom of Rs 190-200 crore while lodged in Tihar jail.
