Actually this house is situated in the middle of Ed's land on the main road, so if he buys these three houses in the coming years, then he will be able to organize this place according to him.

After this, he got a swimming pool, a two-storey tree house and a pub built on his land within a year and in the year 2018, he also applied for the decision of a church.
