Knee pain is a common problem with many causes, from acute injuries to complications of medical conditions.   4. Ginger Extract - ginger helps to reduce pain when used in combination with a prescription treatment for arthritis. It has anti-inflammatory properties. The application of ginger oil as well as drinking ginger tea regularly can also help. You can also have ginger along with milk for effective results.
  5. Turmeric – This has antiseptic and healing properties. When taken with warm milk, it acts on treating joint pains as well as facilities the healing process.
  6. Fenugreek Seeds – This can be soaked overnight and consumed to relieve pain.
