Ingredients for making red velvet cupcakes-
3/4 cup beetroot puree
1-1/2 cup maida
1-1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup oil1 cup fine sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup milk
Garnish to Chinese
Sugar balls for garnish (for dusting) 

For icing sugar toppings:
1 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar

Method of making a red velvet cupcake - To make it, heat it first at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven. Now put the moulds in the tray with cup liner. After this, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and mix well in the bowl. Now take the puree of beetroot in the second bowl. Then mix the oil and sugar well. Now mix the mixture well and blend it and put it in another bowl. After this, mix the vinegar and milk in the beetroot mixture and strain well for five minutes. Now filter the flour mixture in the beetroot mixture and mix properly. After  this, fill the cupcake liners 3/4 and place the moulds in a preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Now mix cream, butter and icing sugar in a bowl to make the topping. After this, add the cream cheese to it and fry well. Now remove the moulds from the oven and topping on each cake. After this garnish with sugar and sugar balls. Now dust with icing sugar and serve only then.
